 Mary Beth is a full time realtor serving clients in Northern New Jersey.  Mary Beth has instinctual negotiating skills, is highly responsive, and listens to her clients.   Her goal is to ensure that her client's real estate transaction close smoothly and efficiently.   Mary Beth takes her responsibility as your realtor personally and treats all clients as if they were family.  


Mary Beth grew up in Bogota, lived in Hoboken for 10 years and finally settled in Waldwick with her husband Mike and her daughter Lilli who is a Senior majoring in Computer Science at Steven's Institute of Technology. 


Before becoming a Realtor,  she had 20+ successful years in sales & marketing in the corporate “telecom” world.  Her clients were high level executives at Fortune 100 companies nationally where she consistently ranked in tops sales. Mary Beth applies the same corporate professionalism to her work as a full-time Realtor.  Mary Beth achieved NAR  Circle of Excellence in 2018 - 2023.  She is honest, proactive, hard-working and driven.  She knows the market here in Bergen County.  Other strengths include:

The client’s goal was to provide      employees with an electronic method to procure pagers & pay for pagers. By accomplishing this goal      it would reduce internal costs of purchase orders and accounts payable. 
  • Coordinated internally all aspects of the implementation gaining support & results from all internal departments for a smooth customer implementation resulting in a satisfied customer & satisfied internal clients too. 
  • Won Outstanding Team Award from Lucent Technologies CIO group for working on a project of moving all their pagers from over 250 vendors to Skytel in 1999. This award in normally only an internal Lucent Award.
